Drink a bottle of water 20 mins before your appointment and hold your bladder until you arrive in-person. You must be able to provide the required 45ml minimum amount.
If insufficient urine is collected, the Shy Bladder process immediately starts. The donor is unable to leave the site for 3 hours or until the required 45ml collection is successful.
